About the Traveling Exhibit:
FOCUS ON ABORTION, the traveling exhibit, is available to bring to your house of worship, library, community center, clinic, college, high school, or other venues. It has been hosted by over forty different institutions and organizations across the U.S. A list is available upon request.
This ready-to-hang and easy-to install traveling exhibit features individuals who have had abortions and others who are close to the abortion experience, including partners, and professionals who provide abortion care. Each person is represented by a photographic portrait and a first-person narrative.
The storytellers, through their nuanced narratives, provide a broad picture of abortion in our country.

Why Host This Exhibition?
Many will be surprised to learn that one out of four women in the U.S. will have an abortion during their reproductive years. These stories can also help mitigate the profound stigma and silence that surrounds abortion. They also help widen public understanding of abortion, and to encourage civil discourse around this often-polarizing subject.
